There's Angry Birds: Seasons and Trucks and Skulls. I haven't played the latter, but IGN liked it. A little further away but almost as addicting is Cut the Rope.

I always lose my saves even when I copy back from the PC, but maybe I'm not backing them up properly. Cleared off a lot of small games and got some space back. Trying to finish some games... but they keep adding more damn content!

Yeah, you lose save data if you delete an app off your phone, unless the app supports cloud saves via OpenFeint or something. I keep a fuckload of games on my phone due to the constant updates too. Cut the Rope for instance.
