I got an ipod touch for my daughter. Do all the games you asshats play on iphone work just as well on the touch or not so much. I wanna put a couple of games on there for her and will be sifting through this thread for recommendations.
Sure wish I jumped on that $.99 Peggle when I could have.

I found out Final Fantasy Tactics comes out September 14th. Couldn't find anything on Secret of Mana. Can't wait for that.

I <3 both of those games, but can't see how SoM is going to be anything but a lesson in frustration with the controls.

As long as it is a new iPod you shouldn't have any trouble running stuff. The current model is as strong or stronger than a 3GS iPhone, which can play the more processor intensive games like ESP Galuda 2. Make sure you don't buy any games that require a microphone though, some are designed with the phone in mind and won't work properly with a Touch.

I recommend Piyo Blocks 2 as the best match 3 game on the platform, and its launch sale lasts for another day or so. Also Angy birds is great for all ages and offers a lot of content for the $.99.

Just try stuff out, there are a lot of free demo versions of apps.

I'm tempted, but I've heard a lot of complaints about the controls being touchy (LAWL!) At $5 I'll wait for an update that fixes that, if it ever happens.

It is sad but the biggest companies release the least patches for their fuck ups. I got the Namco PacMan match 3 game after enjoying the flash version and the fucking thing has NEVER worked right. It has been months and they have yet to patch the fucking thing ONCE when there are game breaking bugs in the game when played on iOS4. Unacceptable.

Zigzag Horror and Unknown Fate can eat my ass. I don't think i'll ever get gold on them (fucking bronze will be hard enough). If the secret on Zizag horror is where I think it is, I'll fucking kill myself.

PS, you need to buy Super Quickhook. It is the best iphone game ever.
