this is why i feel the first mortal kombat and resident evil movies are the only two game movies worth watching. i thought tomb raider was overly campy (especially the end sequence), tho most disagree since they're making a sequel.

Anyone see this on the disney channel (lol) last night? I was flipping through late last night at around 12 (nothing was on public access) and I see this weird things with small heads so I figure I'll watch a bit. I'm thinking to myself holy shit this movie is friggin awful! A little but later this ugly dude calls this other ugly dude mario and I'm like WTF kind of name is mario? Then that ugly mario dude calls the other ugly dude Luigi! So hear it was, the movie I would've killed to see when I was 4 (or sumthin) was cheesy as shit! Well I keep on watching and it seems like all they did pretty much was take some other cheesy movie and then use mario's names... How could nintendo let them do this!
*sigh* Well what did everyone else think of this movie? The only thing I liked is when that lady stabbed Yoshi, he he he. O, and did anyone see that elevator scene? my god...

Mortal Kombat was awsome, never did see RE, and Tomb Raider was good because you could see her boob in that one sceneThey at least followed a similar plot and had things like the video game! This MArio movie was soooooo NOT mario it wasnt even funny! I mean come on, some dude (not a dragon) in a parralel universe turning people into fungus and then coming to our world with some rock? LOL
It was a funny movie for all of the wrong reasons.

Well, Mortal Kombat and Resident Evil, were great game to movie translations, but Tomb Raider sucked BIG TIME !!!

Now, I think that Super Mario Brothers is silly fun. Is it a good movie? No, but does being bad make it less fun to watch? Nope, I still enjoy this film campines, and it does have some nice make up and visual fx scenes for me to enjoy
