I'm looking forward to that one. FEAR 2 should be a little more challenging than the first. Instead of 10 life packs of 50 health, you now can carry only 3 life packs- but they'll give you FULL health when used.

Did you play FEAR on the hardest difficulty? I am trying to finish it right now and 10 life packs is not enough. Hell you don't even have time to use health packs.

I haven't played one since I finally got Bioshock back in the summer. Killzone 2 looks good. Other than that, I have no plans to play any others.

Killzone 2 and Halo Recon this year and I don't forsee anything else on the horizon. I don't even play FPS much (really Halo and Resistance) but I'm a little tired of these games as well.

I'm liking Mirror's Edge! And Left4Dead is super rad! Oh oh and Fallout 3 too! So I guess I'm not FPS'd out.

Maybe you need to stick with good games?

Considering how vague the OP was, who gives a shit?

Pigeonholing stuff into distinct genres is silly anyway. Especially when there's so much genre-blending these days.

Apparently neither are Halo Recon and Resistance. I think Yoshi has lost the onion on his belt.

I can see the case for Mirror's Edge and Fallout 3, however. While first person perspective, I would disqualify them from FPS. Maybe this thread should be FPP'd out.
