It's certainly possible.
It's certainly possible.
I thought 7up was wholly owned by the 7-up/Dr. Pepper company... well I guess not.
An odd note: in this area 7-up and other brands from that company are bottled by a Pepsico bottler :S

Even if it was, it still doesn't matter. Capitalism doesn't prevent someone from being competitive. It's harder to make inroads in some industries than others, this is true. Look at console hardware manufacturing. If you're not Microsoft, you weren't coming into the space with as much initial success as they had. But I don't see how the alternative is good for consumers.
You act the same way YAWA. You act as though you have the Democratic or Liberal answer to this. You don't like Yoshi's answer to any of this, yet you don't EVER say what YOU'D do. YET You act like you do.

I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me.
There are quite a few well oiled machines in the government. Most of them are local though like fire and police etc. The Feds should only be around to do broad scale protection deals (i.e. the army) and general foreign relations. Essentially shit that a state/local municipality couldn't handle. Federal regulation should not go much (if any at all) past simple oversight.
A great example is pot. Several states have legalized it but the feds still say it's illegal. If the Feds are going to come in and tell states what they can and can't do on random whims then what the fuck is the point of states?
This is why we may be in for some tough shit down stream. The Feds need to GTFO of most of the affairs they're in. I thought the country was fucked when we had congress dealing with baseball players (FUCKING BASEBALL PLAYERS) doing 'roids. This is merely icing on the cake of how much attention we pay to the president. For all intents and purposes the president is simply congress' "beard"/scapegoat (whichever is more convenient) as we pay no heed to how overbearing certain things are getting.
The whole argument between YAWA and Yoshi is sort of irrelevant (although at the risk of sounding like I'm nuthugging I'm tending to side with Yoshi) because Obama wasn't so much elected as "annointed" by the voters and now finds himself in a fucked either way situation. People overhyped his ass to the point now where he stands no chance of living up to it. People will be pissed that he cannot shit golden eggs and figure out the cure for cancer during a scrabble game. The bar set for Obama is impossibly high, Obama's issue though is that instead of telling people to settle down because he cannot eat gunpowder and crap explosions and just rode the "Change" hype wave until he could wipe out in the White House.

... and this has what exactly, to do with what I posted?
But since you brought it up, PR is part of the US, I can join the US military and be commanded by the president, I am an American citizen with all the rights and privileges contained therein, and the government's environmental, educational, and foreign policies affect PR just as they do any state.
So please, read a bit and know what you're talking about before you tell me about what I can and cannot do.![]()
