I guess I don't understand which religious beliefs are protected and which aren't. Like, there are plenty of biblical instances of women being barred from public appearance or touching men or talking to men during their dirty times. Can Hobby Lobby legally make all menstruating employees stay home?

There are a lot of kids toiling in those old testament fields. Do child labor laws encroach upon religious beliefs? And how is outlawing polygamy constitutionally permissible?

There is a christian written counter argument floating out there that basically says that the HL stance is bullshit because HL is a large corporation. That it can not avoid the responsibility of an individual, while demanding the religion of an individual to be protected.

I'm inclined to agree.

I also look forward to opening a candy shop and turning away fatties because of gluttony.
