Well since the bill says people can no longer be denied because of a pre-existing condition and by removing a spending ceiling I don't see how it doesn't.

I honestly don't get why your ovaries are so twisted over this since the benefits are humongous. We get better coverage and insurance companies are not only forced to compete but have a new, large consumer base.
