Thread: Netflix watch instantly :: Recommendations Thread

  1. Man in the High Castle is the only sci fi on the entire planet that isn’t derivative of the genre. And don’t get me wrong, I love a lot of old sci fi but there’s not a lot that differs one story from another.

It’s pretty much a tv show of Command and Conquer.

  8. I think the criticisms of Death, Love, and Robots is fair. I think the sheer nudity in the prostitute one is pretty challenging in itself. The story was bizarre enough for me that I dug it. Just the different animation styles alone was often worth it for me.

If they make another one I wonder if they’ll change the name/theme.

  9. I'm all for more animation being produced. A buddy who works on Marvel Movie cg described them as 'really cool student work'.

  10. #2310
Because of this thread I watched the first few eps of Death Love and Robots. Watching postapocalyptic robots try to figure out a housecat is the best thing I'll probably see all week.
