Was there ever a doubt? Now just get it out here!!! I heard rumors floating that there would be a theatrical release. True or no?
Spike, Faye, and Jet are all confirmed to have the same voice actors as in the English dub of the series. Ed and Ein (hehehe) I assume are the same too, but the article does not confirm this.

I think they are planning a theatrical release for this one, but it'll probably play in limited cities or something. I just hope they actually get this through, unlike Manga's botched Eva movie plans.

Death never looked so good.
This is going to be my next series to buy after I finish Evangelion. The few episodes I've sampled here and there on Cartoon Netork are excellent. Such a cool film noir atmosphere and the blues-style music is great. And is it just me, or do Cowboy Bebop and Eva have the best U.S. VA work ever?
the big apple anime fest will be premiering the dub at this years fest. i'm hoping to go to see that and a few other films i'm excited about (one of which is uzumaki... that i missed out on during it's limited one week run in nyc). i'd much rather they present the film in it's original title of Knockin' On Heaven's Door, instead of just 'the movie'. i wasn't too happy with escaflowne being retitled to just 'the movie' instead of the og 'a girl in gaea' as well... but ehhh. i forgot where i read this, but i believe they're going to do a roll out of the film sometime in 2003. and hopefully to a bigger audience since mirimax is bringing it out.
