I really need that game...
According to Gameforms, there was much interest in turning Valkyrie Profile into a series at the latest Enix shareholders' meeting.
Whether this amounts to nothing but casual shareholder talk or something more concrete remains to be seen.
But still, great news for giddy VP fans like me.

Well, Sounds good
My copy of Valkirie Profile should arrive any day now, so I can finally experience this game, after hearing soo many good things about it.
Still sits on my shelf in shrinkwrap. At $14 had to grab it while I could*-neo
You should bust that sumbitch out and play it. Some of the most enjoyable battles ever, and they aren't random and are almost 100% avoidable all the time. Strictly gameplay based most of the time.Originally posted by neoalphazero

For the love of God, Enix, DO IT!!
I don't think they should to a Valkyrie Profile 2, but a Profile Project 2 would be great. I don't want another one about valkyries but I'd love to see where they would go with the gameplay in a new setting.
And I think this decision rests on Tri-Ace's shoulders not Enix's. (I really hate when people give Enic credit for Tri-Ace's games.)
And Captain, Enix owns the exclusive rights to the property, but the copyright is held by tri-Ace. Enix isn't a developer anyway. As I understand it, Enix owns the publishing rights and all merchandising rights (yeah, there's Valkyrie Profile comics and stuff in japan. I have some), tri-Ace owns the game and liscense, and Production IG owns the characters. I think in order to get a sequel out, tri-Ace would have to approve, and only Enix could publish.
I hope Valkyrie is an hidden boss in Star Ocean 3(or any profile characters)
