The fact is, Obama=ratings. Any show on the planet would have done the same exact thing. That's not hypocritical. He'd have done the same for McCain if McCain wanted on that week and you know it.
It would be hypocritical if his shtick was "I'm Jon Stewart and I ask the tough questions," but it's not. It's "I'm Jon Steward and I crack jokes and pretend to love you until you leave the studio"
