Thread: Firefox 3 is not saving my cookies

  1. Firefox 3 is not saving my cookies

    Every time I close firefox and then re-open it I have to re-input my passwords and shit on forums, and its a sudden thing. Can't figure out why the fuck its doing that.

    It sounds more like a firewall issue to me. Has anything changed in that area.

  3. The only thing that's changed has been installing adaware. Which I just uninstalled and are about to do a reboot to see if that solves it.

    make sure your profile directory is writable, and if you already have a cookies sqlite db make sure you're able to open it properly, and make sure all of firefox's options are set to store cookies in whatever way you see fit

    edit: adaware probably wiped off your cookies because of ones set by ad agencies lol

    p.s. dump adaware and get malwarebytes it's far superior

    download that, unzip, and run 'sqlite3 (name of your cookies file)', then type the following command into the console:

    PRAGMA integrity_check;
