A Dead Line in my Power Supply

The case fan I have kinda stinks. I have the side of the case opened because it just bakes in there if I don't.

You only have 1 case fan?

Rule of thumb. Have more exhaust fans than intake. I have one intake in front of my hdd's. Then two exhaust below the psu. Heat escaping from having the side panel off is one thing but if the air isn't actually moving, then there's no active cooling essentially, making your cpu and gpu fans almost useless.

My rig doesn't get that hot. I never overclock. It only has one exhaust, no intake. I don't even have an independent video card running on this.

I'm starting to believe it's mostly the power supply. I constantly have to reset the damn thing. Any recommendations on a cheap but good one?
