Isn't it accessible through the Group Memberships link in the navigation bar on the left side of the User CP? I don't have the option, and I'm not even sure the link in this post will work, but that's just because of my particular setup.
I can't seem to find the option in usercp to change your user name display. Where is it?

The only option it gives me is to leave the group, it doesn't let me do anything else.
