Its a mockumentary of a fictitious rap group. Nina Blackburn (Kasi Lemmons) follows the group for her degree in communications. She delves into the motivations behind songs, such as Booty Juice and P.U.S.S. Why. She also finds out the bands beliefs and their behavior. Its similar to CB4, but this film follows and sticks with the documentary formula.

They mock and make fun of the gangsta lifestyle and in certain songs they play during the film. Are parodies of other familiar gangsta and hip hop songs. Even if you are not a fan of rap music. You will find something hilarious about it and in some cases what you hate about the music will be expressed in this movie.

The distance of a few years has served this movie well. It's better now than it was when I first saw it. Nice pick, Advocate.

Just added this to my blockbuster queue, but like I said in the "American Zombie" thread, I'm usually not a fan of these "mockumentary" films. I'll still give this one a shot though...
