Controls definitely pretty floaty. Hard to tell the exact edges of certain platforms.

I thought that with PT, it became unobtainable. I figured that was the case for stuff where the license expired like Marvel vs Capcom or whatever. That not the case?

PT is unobtainable, but that's the exception. You can redownload almost everything else.
