The book "How to Win Friends and Influence People" has been thrown around a lot in this context, so I started reading it earlier today. I am not trying to become Mr. Type A Leader, because it's not who I am, but it should help further develop interpersonal skills.

One thing no one has mentioned- if this is a personal project that people are working on for free, all this goes out the window. You can't force people to care as much as you do.
