I sold off my original PS1 and PSP 1000, though they still worked, and I still have my original PS2, PSP 2000, and PS3. Keep trying.

I know someone that's still playing their launch 360, so the 360 has no problems either. Anecdotal evidence FTW!

  4. My first PS1 crapped out inside of a week. Playing Raiden. So there.

  5. I never had any problems with my psx/psone/fatty ps2 (and the latter was encrusted with filth on the ventilation)

only console I've had that's died on me so far is the 360, I rule

  6. Is the slimline PS2 more reliable than the fatty PS2?

  7. Depends who you ask.
Early Slims overheated. Newer ones are more reliable but very cheaply made. Fatties were generally better built, but due to age are more prone to DRE.
So the best option is to go back in time, and stock up on fatties.

  8. Or get PS3 60 gig.

  9. They dropped $100 at Game$top!

  10. Put'em out of biz, will ya?
