I don't have much to add at the moment but this is my current favourite thread at TNL.

  3. Bunch of old Japanese commercials... the fuck do the Dinobots have to do with Super Chinese? Also, Takahashi Meijin brand shoes!

I like Baba Wawas' double take at the end when the reporter reveals he bought and enjoyed an NES. Inconcievable!

I'd play more sports games if they were more like this.

A tribute to Katakis that took eight years to create.

Hilarious parody of modern DLC practices.

A speedrun of Battletoads with live piano accompaniment.

    Cue Sony fanboy outrage.

omg that japanese Athena commercial showed a pink tape WHAT WAS ON IT

also I hate kids that hold the nes controllers with their index and middle fingers on the A and B buttons.

also also Mario 2 and Zelda 2 = worst christmas ever

And here's an amazing acoustic guitar remix of The Last Ninja's music (I know we have game music threads in the music section but it fits here, too).

  7. Didn't know/remember (?) we had this thread.

  8. Anyone else remember getting this Street Fighter 2 Turbo promo video tape in the mail? I've still got mine around here somewhere.
