Just made up a pan. DELICIOUS!

All about Rickey's, especially if you're Billy Mitchell.
Tabasco is too hot for me and doesn't have enough flavor. I like Rickey's, Cholula, Frank's Red Hot, and even Tapatio is decent (and sooo cheap). Sriracha is good with veggies.
Tabasco is alright in cases where a food might use some vinegar, like say green beans? By and large not my favorite. Louisiana Hot Sauce is a great stand by.
Saltine Crackers + Canned Sardines + LHS + sitting on a dock around sundown = affirmative.
This thread just made me microwave some ramen so I can douse it in hot sauce.
We should have poll in this thread to see if people like heat and/or flavor. It would help put the brands people suggest in perspective.
I say this because heat freaks loathe some of my favorite hot sauces. While I wont touch something no matter how hot people claim it to be, if it taste like puckered ass.
Some people use it like a spice, while others treat it like some sort of manly right of passage.
Did you know that the Mad Caddies have their own hot sauce?
It's pretty good.
Word up. Not on everything, of course, but if I have any sort of asian food or pizza... or hot dogs. This is the business.
I don't have a wide range of hot sauces I enjoy, I rather like them in general because I love spicy food. If I cook anything I tend to pause and think if I can make it spicy in some way. But in terms of hot sauce, I mean, I like Texas Pete. Nothing really special about it, I just like it. I like it on fried chicken especially.
