This has been on Netflix instant for awhile and I finally dedicated to sitting down and watching it. I ended up really liking it and felt the science fiction atmosphere was very compelling and interesting. The directing was a little sketchy with some of the action sequences but more or less was very quiet, dry and distant (which works perfectly for a movie like this). The acting was really good from Ben Foster especially.

My biggest gripes was surrounding the creatures, who lost their fear factor about half way through the movie (much like I Am Legend). They were still menacing, but that pit of fear deep in your gut was gone.
