TV developed SO MANY DEAD PIXELS overnight

I went to bed last night and my tv was fine.

I woke up today, put the baseball game on, and my tv was like this:

This happened overnight with no contact to the tv.

    WTF any ideas?

I just switched from HDMI 1 to Component where my Xbox is and it doesn't seem to happen on the Component.

I'm going to try to switch the HDMI to HDMI 2 and see if that helps.

Waking up to hundreds of dead pixels is a wonderful start to a day.

    edit---still happens on hdmi 2

Only have one pixel that is probably seriously dead on Component.

  8. May be related. (problem tv is a DLP, not sure what yours is)

  9. Component seems to fix it, but what happens if you use the xbox through HDMI?
