3. Battlefield Bad Company (360) - pretty solid single player experience, though a few parts were a bit frustrating due to the worthless AI of your squad.

18. Protect Me Knight
Defeated f#%$&n' goblins on Normal, was pretty disappointingly resistance-free. Hell mode seems pretty cool from what I saw, but we'll have to go back to it another time. I like the structure of the game, at least. Can't tell yet.
#3 - Killzone 2
average but pretty
would not recommend
#1 - Star Ocean: Second Evolution(PSP, thanks Mezz!)
This is the first game I've completed in like three years (thanks, WoW). And even then, I had beat the PS1 version 2 1/2 times (I gave up halfway through Universe Mode. Fuck that.). I finally feel like I've accomplished something this year. Hooray.
Next I'm going to re-start Sins of a Solar Empire and possibly Final Fantasy XII.

Did you use both ships? Insane is the only way to go, it feels like the game was designed around one ship and the other thrown in to appease people who suck at shooters. There isn't much to the art assets (in fact it's one of the smallest DSi releases) but a perfect score attack for time to kill. Really enjoyed it and definitely have no quips with selling Ketsui DS now (which should be clipped down and made DSi too).
# whatever
Split/Second - finished first in career mode/season mode/episode mode. Probably done with the game. Too many people quitting online to preserve their ranking, etc... without penalty. I don't know why developers don't penalize these ass clowns. Recommended as a rental only.
No clue what number this is for the year, but beat Mario Galaxy 2 today with about 89 Stars. I've been playing it mainly in small chunks (one or two galaxies at a time) and really enjoyed it. Plan on going right back and grabbing all the stars I missed.
Myst: I never actually beat this as a kid, only played maybe half of it (though I didn't realize that until just now). Started this morning and just finished it off, pretty crazy short, I could've sworn it was supposed to be pretty long or somewhat difficult but maybe that's just poor memory/being an idiot from however many years ago that was. Either way it was surprising to me how little effort it took to blow through. A couple of areas were disorienting from the static image clicking (like the treetop area) and the underground kart thing was really boring and annoying with all those unnecessary video clips, but considering its age it wasn't bad overall. I should looked for a copy of RealMyst instead.
No clue where my Riven discs are and not sure I care enough to download another copy. Maybe later.
