It's close enough. The breweries are about 3 hours from each other with Baltimore being roughly in the middle. Victory Brewing is on the way for you as well.

Trifecta, imo.

Probably not if you want to hit a tour at each brewery. You should also hit the Clipper City Brewing Company just south of Baltimore if you're in the area.
