Windows 7 and Vista God Mode

Godmode is pretty sweet. I wish I knew about it when I first installed. Yeah, you can search for it all but having it in one simple window is easier, plus a new user might not know what exactly to search for.

It reminds me of TweakUI in older versions of Windows.

A new user shouldn't have all this shit open to them. There's a reason most of it is buried in the UI.
