January 2010 Winner: Mass Effect 2

No surprise there, though it was rather nice to have three awesome games (and two serious GOTY contenders) in the very first month of the year.

February was pretty awesome too. This is shaping up to be a great year for games. My vote easily goes to BioShock 2, but Heavy Rain and Espgaluda II are both neat too. The latest S.T.A.L.K.E.R. is also very good. I don't get why anyone would enjoy Dante's Inferno but I did see some people praising it in the "What are you playing?" thread, so it might as well go on the list too.

Or rather, Chime pleasantly lulls. It's a fun game!

Still haven't played Bioshock 1 (I am aware of it), bullet hell shmups don't do it for me, and based on the demo AvP is a pile.

I'd really like to play Heavy Rain!

Same. Of the games I am playing now, the most recent came out in January... 2009. I have given up keeping up with the release list.

I won't know if Stalker is any good until I play the modded up version a few months from now, I'm waiting for another Heavy Rain patch before continuing and what I've played of Bioshock 2 is depressingly by-the-numbers. So: ESPGaluda.

I should try Chime I guess.
