Saw that actually. Yeah, it was pretty good. Got kinda wtf in the middle though, with the guy stressing over getting haunted. Hello, you're a vampire, king of the monster world. Some ghost steps to you, kick his ass!
Let The Right One In was amazing. Sounds like this commentator just sucks.

yeah, agreed. first half had a lot of wtf moments, really didn't know what to think but the second half picked up, and i really ended up enjoying it. A lot of funny moments.

Vampires have been lame for a very long time. This isn't a new thing, just a continuation of it. When was the last time you had an awesome, killer mainstream vampire?

Oh god, he goes into the "want to be human" story. The single most retarded cliche suckfest plot ever inflicted on fantasy/sf/horror. Hell, even super heroes. He's 100% correct, that plot needs to die and anyone looking for cheap sympathy for their characters by using it slapped with a brick until they stop doing it.
Pet peeve cliche #2, also touched on- Don't ever fucking whine about being immortal.
