My computer is too old to run 50% of the new Apple software being released today. It's a PowerBook and not a MacBook Pro.

I've had firefox for a looonnnggg time, and never really had any issues. Lately, it has been crashing at least once a day. I've run multiple adware/spyware/antivirus programs with no hits.
So then I d/l Chrome and gave that a try. It doesn't do it all the time, but quite a few times when I browse to a new page, the screen flashes white for a split second. It's annoying as all fuck.
Does anyone make a non shitty browser?
So much ****ing semen.
I've had chrome do the epileptic screen thing with me at work lately. Never paid much mind since it's a work rig.
