Neither of these really apply. I think women are beautiful as they are, so I don't really need to see them in make up. However, if my girl wants to get all done up before we go out or something she's going to feel more in a space to go out and that could mean that we both have a better time.
I really don't care, women are sexy either way.
It has been my experience that guys don't necessarily know when a girl is wearing makeup or not, unless she is wearing it pretty heavily.
