I've got Tingle, the Euro case didn't seem so bad other than being thicker than it needed to be. What's wrong with them?

They're too thick and too rigid. The thickness prevents them from fitting into the DVD stand I co-opted for my DS games, and the rigidity has resulted in more than one of mine getting cracked. None of my NA or JP DS cases have ever been damaged.
