    Bell gets pretty much whatever they want from the CRTC.
    Canadian regulatory agencies are notoriously shady and obtuse.

    I guess they would get whatever they want, seeing that pretty much everyone who holds a position within the CRTC was at one time or another employed by either Bell or Rogers.

    Yeah, they are really looking out for the consumer's best interests.
