I had a virus and my XP laptop was freaking out. My Antivirus program (AntiVir) told me the naughty file in question was "iyamabim.dll." The file's properties indicated that it had been created today. I started Windows in Safe Mode, deleted the file, and the laptop went back to normal. However whenever I start/restart the laptop, I get the following error:
Error loading C: \ WINDOWS \ iyamabim.dll
The specified module could not be found
I just click OK on the error and everything runs as normal, but that error shouldn't be popping up to begin with. Any suggestions? I've Googled "iyamabim.dll" and there's no matches, so I assume it's not a native Win XP file that needs to be replaced.
Thanks.
*EDIT* Nevermind. I thought of looking for any file that referenced "iyamabim.dll" in the Registry Editor. I found one (a startup file), deleted it, and the error is gone. All's good.
