Season 2 was 13 episodes based on four issues of comics.
Season 3 is 13 episodes based on 36 issues of comics.

There's no need for filler this time, it's just a much longer, denser storyline and they're going to have to keep the pace up just to cover it. Season 2 blew because it should have been a 5 episode season.

All of the bad episodes of this show happened under his watch, and only one great one.
