It's tied to the system, like on the Wii. If you tie it to a Club Nintendo account it will show up on the website, but you can't redownload it on another system.

That really sucks balls. I don't want to pick up an DSi compatible games since I want to get a DS XL on cheap when they are inevitably clearanced.

I hope it results in Nintendo being less stupid than it has been in the last year or so. Now there are real consequences for their ineptitude.

Anyone pick up Pac-Man and Galaga Dimensions?

I quite like it. Portable Pac-Man CE and Galaga Legions with loads of achievements. I also really like the way the 3-D bezel juts out of the screen when playing the original Pac-Man and Galaga.

It's got both US and JP bezels, too! Very nice package.

Nintendo's ex-pres was rumored to have lost upward of 500 million in stock after this announcement. I like Iwata though, his Q and A features are the only time I ever use Nintendo channel.
