and spinners.
Replace that with "component mod" and you'd be correct.
I didn't want to be correct. I wanted to point out how hypocritical your statement was.
There's no difference between a modded snes and an emulator with really nice filters.
Neither one is "real".
Sure there is. Snes emulation in particular is generally a bit off in most cases with all the custom chips in the system. A video mod does nothing to change the internal architecture of the system itself or alter the way the game plays or feels.
Sure it does. Hypocrite.
Now you're just arguing for the sake of arguing. FWIW, my primary Super Famicom isn't modded, I use an external device to get component.
Also! My original statement meant that LttP is better on a TV at home than on a portable. Minish Cap was designed for portability to begin with, and is a better fit for the 3DS imo.

Whatever helps you sleep at night.
(and I'm with Yeller on this one. When it comes to games I should have played out 20 some odd years ago, Close Enough is Good Enough.)
I'm going to buy a tiny tv with blown out colors and a Super NES and hook it up to the antenna with alligator clips. Then we'll see who's accurate.
