I charge everything via USB anyway, so I don't care about the adapter one way or the other.
I'll need to play one before I get too excited, though, since I 'm pretty hard to please when it comes to ergonomics.

Have to say though, Icarus Uprising will be much more tolerable with this curvy little job.

A larger system and softer curved exterior sounds a helluva lot more comfortable than having the traditional 3DS in a crab-like grip. And honestly, the DSi XL was never that heavy.

Yeah, i was going to say the same thing. The weight of the 3DS LL is roughly the same as the DSiXL. I never used the stand for Icarus anyway.

It won't ship with a cradle, it's still coming with an adapter (and uses the same one as the 3DS now).

The best game on the system is significantly better with the CPP, so that's a non-starter.

I was about to get a CPP before this news and was wondering - does the added size make it any less awful to hold? The biggest gripe I have with the 3DS is how bad it is on my hands after an hour or so, making the XL a really appealing product. But if the CPP makes RE amazing(er) AND easier to hold the 3DS...?
