We played the tallest stage ever the other night. Here is a picture from sound check:


The next night I was able to genuinely befriend my favorite rapper, Killer Mike. That was a cool experience. I didn't think that after 30+ years of serious rap music fandom that a new group could come out in the year of 2013 and cause rap to change my life again but Run the Jewels did it. I told him exactly that after their set and then we talked about everything under the sun as all the rest of the white folks mobbed El-P. I had to go see about a girl so we exchanged numbers and then spent half the next day texting and bullshitting. F'n NEATO
