this is just another game that makes Technos one of my 5 favorite developers.

this is my favorite sports game ever. i love everything about it. art direction (awesome Technos chracter design, with awesome style) gameplay, and music.


anyways, i don't really expect anyone but Johnny Undaunted and Chojin to post in this thread, but what the hey, the 3 of us will enjoy this thread a lot.

The Nekketsu hockey game I played was quite good so I wouldn't mind checking out this soccer game.

this one was edited a bit(i was surprised by how much) and came out as Nintendo World Cup. so maybe you've already played it.








in random Downtown Nekketsu news, my buddy is in japan right now, he's looking for a copy of Ganbare Dunk Heroes for me. cross your fingers, and all that.

I remember Nintendo World Cup coming out late in the NES' lifetime. I'm not a big sports fan so I never bothered checking it out. I didn't know it was an altered Nekketsu game.

from what i've seen, it's not really altered, just translated.

and it's been a long times since i've played the GameBoy port, but i remember thinking it was better then the NES version.

I remember playing Nintendo World Cup a ton back in the day. This was around the time we were all on a Super Dodgeball kick, so it just fit into place perfectly.

World Cup for GB is one of the few GB games that I still play
