Try looking up the actual Penguin bio, not the Burton one.
Penguin would fit right in with this series and all the gangster leanings so far. I have a feeling he'll probably at least be in this one.

I could see Penguin, Black Mask, Hush, or Mr. Zsasz working well within the Nolan Batman universe.

Black mask would be legit but I'd like to see the red hood arc someday so I'd prefer if they save him for that.
Although, since the Joker is probably never coming back to the movies I suppose that arc is fucked anyway.
I have no desire to look on wiki. I never liked the Penguin so I had no desire to ever study or read up on him. But thanks for the suggestion.
FYI: If they do Hush, you have to include The Riddler ... along with Ra's.

Your only knowledge and experience with Penguin is pretty obviously the Burton movie, and possibly the old Adam West show. If not, you would know that he's actually a pretty damned good villian that would work really well.
