The art book is clearly labeled in that page. Not the OST. If the OST is anything like SF4's I wouldn't want it anyway - SF4 has maybe the worst soundtrack in any high profile game I've played this gen.
Maybe it was an EU one. I don't know, either way, not enough to make me say OMGAWD WANT.

So far what I'm digging:
- Never played Tekken much (just 1 & 2), but their characters seem to work really well in this. They get to use links, chains, cancels, etc. just like the SF side, but have a bunch of their Tekken combos in tact as well. Lots of potential there.
- I'm sorta-fine with the Gems. I haven't seen any that make a character OP and some of the better ones last much shorter or cripple you in some other way. Like increased strength but reduced defense...
- I like the look. I know people hate on bulby SF4 but I thought it did what it needed to. And it also had some pretty awesome facial animation. SFxT double downs on this - reminds me of shonen "manly" manga like Beserk, but with ridiculous, fun animation to boot.
- I love that the game feels like its in its own world. Rather than make stages that are obvious calls to each series' histories, it creates levels themed by one or another, but in a way where it sits on its own. I think the Mad Gear hideout and Mishima HQ are the best examples.
- Music's not too bad - themed for the stages rather than characters though (at least in arcade mode).
- TWO PLAYER CO OP ARCADE MODE! So much fun!
- 4 player "Scramble" mode looks really cool, but I haven't wrangled enough people to try it out.
- As far as pace goes, it feels a lot like SF4 but with...maybe Tekken Tag? It's definitely slower than MvC3 but there's more room for combos than SF4's links (especially on the Tekken side)
What I don't like:
- Long loading times. Install it if you can.
- Sound goes out during online matches. Seriously? What a noob mistake to make in such a high-profile game
- Gems again. I don't mind that they are there but I can't find an option to play without them. And making sets for each character feels like a chore right now.
- "Custom" colors doesn't seem to be. You can make three per character but right now, you only get to choose between P1 or P2 colors, or black & white for each element. Maybe I missed something?
What I don't get:
- Building really good combos. So far it looks like some elements work against each other. Like there are chain combos but once started, can't be cancelled into special moves. Also, they can only go L-M-H and finish with a launcher. I don't think they can be linked after, BUT you can use a link to a chain. For example Cammy can go c.lk -> c.lk -> M anything -> H anything but it won't work the other way around. Tekken characters get around this by having their command combos, link to chain for longer strings. Also, it looks like some moves have juggle/bounce properties, but I haven't had a chance to put all these pieces together into combos that feel usable in a match.
- Additionally, I don't really know what kind of good team or main to go with. Since there's no assists, it's not like MvC3 where you can play one's strengths off an active character's weaknesses. It's more like King of Fighters, where you want characters who can work together but also not like KoF, because if either character gets KOed its the end of the round.
- Then there's the high risk/reward stuff Capcom built in, like Pandora and the team combos. Pandora is HUGE risk for no given reward and team combos (either the super arts one or bringing two people out at once) are exciting, but feel like a waste of meter.
I'm sure there's a lot more to it than I could learn and that the community will be sure to bring to light. So far its been a lot of fun!
Hey Hero I'm going to jump on soon if you want to get some matches in. It'd be nice to get a feel for things without wading through ranked or whatever.
I have decent stuff for Hugo and Poison seperately but I need to work on comboing after the launcher/tag in.
So is there DLC up already? Or will there be any on the official release day?
I want a video of you rapping that.
