Oh, I thought SFxT was just basing current status off whoever was currently selected since it doesn't have the reserve character enter after you lose one character like Versus does. That seems like it would promote heavy turtling for a timeover if the reserve has a full lifebar and both of the opponent's characters have been hurt.
If this sounds retarded, I've only watched like one round of this before in a tournament setting so I'm not that familiar with it.
