Please note, Tekken X SF was also announced.
I'm assuming SF x Tekken will be the Capcom vs SNK, while Tekken x SF will be the SNK vs Capcom.

2 games, but really why bother?
Tekken loyalists will mainly play the 3D game, while SF players will stick to the Capcom produced game.
So what's the point?
A vs game where half the roster is a waste. Wonderful.

This is a scheme by Capcom to draw in some of the die-hard Tekken folks, IMO.
