No. The 3rd release of SFIV is coming when the extra arcade characters come to the console version. We'll find out more about them at TGS.

There are rumors that it's 7 characters: Alex, Rolento, Q, Elena, Charlie, R. Mika and Hugo. This rumor is partially based on the fact that avatars for these chars were seemingly randomly added to PSN.

In the past couple years every rumor, with any basis about Capcom fighting games -- including this Tekken/SF joke -- has turned out to be true. They suck at keeping secrets.

3S characters don't work in SF4 at all. They fucking SUCK mainly because they lose what makes them so damn viable in 3S. Stop it, Capcom.

That vid shows a lot:

--Tekken char dashed through a couple Ryu fireballs
--Wall bounces with juggles
--Two button throws with techs
--Ryu does a forward roll recovery from a knockdown. Not sure if that's a universal move, or if it passes through firebals KOF-style.
--Double team Ultras.

FYI: Tekken has the worst char designs ever.

Also, I'd rather see Capcom shoehorn another company's roster into their game than see them spend time on another rufus/hakkan.
