LOL ! WTF were you runnin back then? Voodoo 3 ? Those ads were awful back then but its even more jarring now. There is some prime advertising space in Operation Metro. Wonder what kinda bullshit will be on those.

I was thinking about the various Battlefield bugs over the years in betas and full game and I have to say that pod-surfing was so awesome. It sucked when they removed it. So goofy! BF2 had the best/worst weapon balance with heavy machinegun sniping and also the nutso raining jeeps commander glitch. There's been so many broken things in the series but they get it right in the end.

I don't hate it. Its pretty redundant at this point, but it can be alot of fun with the right group of friends. I was huge into 4, WaW and played CODBO for 50 hrs or so. I'll pick up MW3 but dunno if I'm gonna go for PC or 360. I have friends on 360 but I had more fun with COD4 on PC.

COD-style doesn't come close to the BF series, but its a fun lil Quake-based military mod

I dont hate COD either. Fun, fast, arcadey. They remind me of Quake with modern realistic weapons. That said, I only like the IW Duty games and I buy them a year after they come out during a sale or something. I need tactics, controllable vehicles, and real teamwork with the objectives - COD dont cut it there.
