  2. There's only 1 stat that matters in Battlefield, and that's win/losses. Everything else is Call of Duty faggotry.

  7. Shit, I remember your squad hopping shenanigans in BF2, stripling . I was totally wrong about the maps, you just have to play them on the PC. Thats where the real deal is at. Wake Island is nuts with 64 players. Fucking amazing. Exactly what I wanted.

    360 servers were slammed when I tried to get on. Not surprised.

    Look man the game aint BF2 - and not really anywhere close IMO - but BF3 is still damn good and what else you gonna play these days outside of going back to a game from 05 or falling in line for Duty? Maybe you need more people to play it with - we have been having a blast with the game. You need to play with us more. We got 8+ on BF3 damn near daily. Cap and Jyoung play all the time with us along with my peoples. Friends make this game a billion times better because it so dependant on teamwork. It gets hella frustrating otherwise.

    We do manily play hardcore mode rush with a little bit of CQ though...I know youre not the biggest fan of rush. Hardcore mode is basically essential because it removes vehicle regeneration and the damage in normal mode is pretty awful. Just dont let jyoung play squadleader because youll never get to spawn on him because hes always dead - and if you DO get to spawn he will teamkill you anyways.

    2 things:
    1) conquest just doesnt work with 24 players on the console IMO. Some of these maps are too big and with all the air power, there is no one on the ground. The Assault style CQ helps a bit though to focus the battle. Need to put more time into that. 24 is the perfect number for rush mode though.

    2) the new patch almost seems like it created more problems then it fixed. They will of course get it fixed in time but on xbox specifically the wait for certifaction is too damn long. There is some awful bugs introduced with this new patch though like spawning on top of used vehicles way back on the carrier, and enemy mines/claymores auto spotted on the mini map.

    We play in the evenings around 1030 est or so.

    I'm really glad they didn't separate the Karkand maps from the launch maps, like I thought/read they were going to. Much better this way.

    Played in two of the maps and they look great.

    LOL. I thought about that. What happened was that I played Wake on 360 and was bummed out how it played and how little flags there were. Karkand felt a lil better but you're right about conquest on console, its a nightmare for the most part. I literally only play rush when I play with you guys online. Feels hopeless for the most part without.

    I haven't checked the patch log yet, but I'm curious what got nerfed and what got fixed. PC feels smooth for the most part, 'cept for the control binding issues that STILL haven't got fixed. Its kinda like 2142 mouse button binding issues I had. They never fixed that shit.
