Check out that statue in the backround of the second pic, I can make out a cape and lower torso but can that possibly be the villain or just a simple statue?

These ads look great. Ad #2 would've made PERFECT box art. These ads only reinforce the fact of how CRAPPY the art for both the Japn and US covers are.

My favorite pic so far from Sunshine is the one in the last ad that has Mario swimming amongst coral. So purty, so many possibilities.
ps, that statue in the second pic looks kind of like Rayman. Look at the face.
