Open beta is up in Japan, and a few folks are streaming it on twitch.
Looks...like PSO! Which is a good thing to me. I hate Universe, had a great time playing Portable, and this is looking like something between PSO and PSP. Also, the music is nice. Anyone else playing the beta? How high is the bar of entry for non-Japanese speaking players?

Waiting for US release. I've been done with PSO since the Dreamcast original, and have rested enough from its hundreds of hours of play that I'm ready to dive in again.
I got the broadband adaptor and configured my Dreamcast to work with it by some arcane process I can't even remember now. I think it required a drop of Kaz Hirai's blood, or something.
