I never used the patch, nor did I get any DLL errors... Have you tried futzing about with the install options?

Yes, no combination seems to work. Maybe I'll have to see if I can find that DLL file online.

Seems like I needed Directx 8.1.
2-1: 186,600,770 - cigsthecat - Kuga Kohtaro - x?
My tension was probably x8 but I didn't get a look at it that time.
