NHL 2010-2011 Season Thread

Pittsburgh has been playing surprisingly well without Malkin and Crosby.

I caught that Blackhawks/Penguins game over the weekend, and I thought Pittsburgh outplayed Chicago for the most part, even though they lost in the shootout.

Predators were finally back on local TV last night, only to get owned 4 - 0 by the lowly Blue Jackets. Predators are 4-4-2 in their last 10 games.

Big game for Nashville against Chicago tomorrow night.

Also saw that New Jersey is on a 8-game winning streak and is 9-0-1 in their last 10! Devils are only 9 points out of the playoffs.

Pens just got Kovalev for a conditional 7th round pick. Crosby won't be back this year until right before the playoffs.

Yup. I wouldnt be surprised if Shero has one more move left in him. He still has Malkin money to play with.

I've always like Kovalev and he's money in the bank in the playoffs. Pens got him for free, basically. I'm wondering if the Rangers are going to end up doing anything or if they're just going to sit still.
