    Secret Invasion + Dark Reign

I was thinking about reading this VERY long body of work, so simply question, should I?

I enjoyed Planet Hulk and World War Hulk and have read nothing since.

You need to add to that list Civil War to fully understand the two you WANT to read.
Korian can't edit his sig, but I can.

NO. Read the associated wikipedia entries*. Or do what I'm doing and start reading the old Marvel Graphic Novels. (the Mike Mignola-pencilled Doctor Doom / Doctor Strange book is AMAZING)

Bendis Marvel has that hot garbage smell going on. The kind you get in the big city on a hot day!

Read Amazing Spider-Man from new ways to die forward, and Iron Man from the five nightmares on.

    This!

I'm currently collecting them. I have Emperor Doom and a few others, but there are just so many! Me <3 '80s Marvel.

Awesome! I got a few of 'em halfway by accident (cheap!), but I'm slowly picking up the good ones.

"Dracula: A Symphony in Moonlight & Nightmares" has some realllly nice watercolor illustrations in it, and "Daredevil: Love and War" is a rad-ass spiritual sequel to "Elektra: Assassin". Miller/Sienkiewicz!
"Spider-Man: Spirits of the Earth" is really nice, too, some Charles Vess action.

Then there is that which shall never be reprinted:
